Useful context.
If you are reporting a tester issue, including a little context can make it easier to reproduce:
- The browser and operating system you used.
- The keyboard connection mode and the tool or route involved.
- What you expected to happen and what you observed instead.
- Whether the same behavior appears after a reset or in another browser.
Keep it private.
Please do not send passwords, payment information, private account details, or anything else that should not be shared by email. The keyboard tester itself does not need that information to work.
